Ventura Marathon and Half Training Program

ABOUT

Mile 26 will be offering a 16 week training program for this year's Ventura Marathon and Half Marathon! Training will start Saturdays Nov 6th. When registering you will be asked if you would like to sign up. Whether you’re looking to run your first race, striving for that PR, or looking to qualify for Boston, we aim to provide a great training program and expert advice to help you reach your goals.

The program will include:

- 2 supported runs on the course

- Weekly group runs on Saturday mornings

- On-Line Training Plan (various levels to choose from)

- 1-year membership into the Ventura Running Club, the running club will be training for the various distances together.

         VRC Members receive the following:

WHEN

Saturday Mornings - Starting Nov. 6th at 7am

PREREQUISITES

Full Marathon Program - Be able to comfortably run 7 miles before early November.

1/2 Marathon Program - Be able to comfortably run 4 miles before early November.
